My top 5 artists
1. Pablo Picasso - Quite simply the greatest perspective innovator.
2. Leonardo Da Vinci - The name says it all.
3. Jackson Pollock - Broke up Picasso's hold on the art world.
4. Gerhard Richter - Wide range of style, a virtuoso.
5. Jeff Koons - Tremendous imagination.

Gary Baseman is one of my favorites. After watching the cartoon "Teacher's Pet" I was hooked to his style. His paintings and artwork are unique and funky.

I totally agree. Picasso was a very brutal artist who tried to combat the beauty that came naturally to him, which eventually led him to Le Demoiselles D'Avignon, the first cubist painting. Aesthetically, Picasso is very challenging. But, from an innovation standpoin he is rivaled only by Da Vinci.
